Emily has been with Animal Health Clinic since September 2016. Prior to working at AHC, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Animal Science.
Upon graduation she took an internship at the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge in Ft. Walton Beach, FL where she helped rehabilitate and care for various types of wildlife native to the northeastern Florida coast.
After moving back home, she accepted a position as a Veterinary Assistant at a large animal hospital in Murfreesboro, where she worked for 5 years. Since being at AHC, she has been the Veterinary Technician Supervisor and is now the Practice Manager.
When not at work, Emily mostly likes to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys most activities outdoors, traveling, cooking and baking, photography, and anything crafty. Emily has a very sweet and goofy English Lab named Sophie.
